Overview:
The Supply Chain Technical Services Manager is responsible for enabling a data-driven supply chain by ensuring the quality, accuracy, and availability of supply chain information. The role provides leadership in transforming data into actionable insights that strengthen decision-making, operational performance, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Additionally, the position manages the Supply Chain Technical Services team, providing technical and analytical expertise while ensuring effective prioritization of resources. The role also supports technology, content, and initiative areas, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technology solutions to enable automation, reporting, and workflow enhancements.
Beyond delivery, the position plays a strategic role in developing organizational capabilities overseeing the management of team and stakeholders, recommending advanced analytics and automation, and coaching team members to build sustainable expertise in digital and data-driven practices.

Qualification:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience that directly links Supply Chain and Data/Technology.
- Managing data and turning it into performance-enhancing reports.
- Leading or participating in major digital and automation projects.
- Managing projects, resolving issues, and coaching a team.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field like Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Information Systems.
- Advantage: A Master's degree in a related analytical field (e.g., Business Analytics) is a plus.
- This role requires a blend of Leadership, Technical, and Process skills:
- Technical: Expertise in Analytics & Visualization (e.g., Power BI), Big Data Management, and Operations Research/Modeling (using statistics like forecasting, optimization).
- Leadership/Soft Skills: Ability to coach and mentor team members and manage complex projects with various stakeholders.
- Process: Deep knowledge of Supply Chain best practices and a background in Process Improvement methodologies (like Lean Six Sigma).
