Job Summary

The Supply Chain Officer oversees procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing and coordinate with suppliers
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes
  • Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
  • Analyze supply chain performance and recommend improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems
