Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Leadership & Organizational Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the PH Supply Chain team, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and improvement-driven culture.
Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for the team; ensure clarity of ownership and operational accountability.
Build team capability for strategic decision-making and operational excellence, empowering the team while maintaining oversight.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
Operational Excellence & Execution
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, purchasing, order processing, payment workflows, and inventory management.
Ensure inventory optimization, minimizing stockouts, excess stock, and operational bottlenecks.
Standardize operational processes, implement automation where possible, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
Lead the team to maintain on-time delivery, order accuracy, and cost-effective operations.
Skills And Qualifications
Graduate of a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or any relevant field.
Preferably experienced in imports, supply chain, and sales allocation.
Knowledgeable of international customs regulations and tariffs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work within cultural differences and get the most from suppliers.
Demonstrates strong time management and self-motivation, resilience under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, resilient, and capable of navigating complex, dynamic environments.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years experience in Supply Chain Management, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-functional teams.
CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
Technical and Specific Skills
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Mandarin proficiency preferred.
Experienced with ERP/MRP systems.
Excellent computer knowledge MS Office, MS Windows.
Proficient in intermediate mathematics, including financial calculations, with advanced expertise in statistical methods and data analysis.
