Job Title : Supply Chain Fulfillment Analyst 

Location : Taguig, Metro Manila

Shift Schedule : Night Shift, 11pm to 9am (subject to change)

Work Setup : Hybrid, Once a week RTO

Position Type : 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Fulfillment Analyst to support end-to-end order fulfillment and supply chain operations.
• The role focuses on data analysis, operational reporting using tools such as Google Sheets and other analytics platforms.
• The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with spreadsheet formulas and automation, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights for improving fulfillment efficiency and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in supply chain processes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reports and workflows using spreadsheet formulas and scripts.
• Strong SQL Skill and dashboarding capabilities.
• Strong Analytics Skills, Scripting Skills.

Supply Chain & Fulfillment

• Monitor order fulfillment performance, and shipment status across distribution channels.
• Analyze supply constraints.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track and report KPIs such as order fill rate, on-time delivery and adhoc reporting.
• Support forecasting, and inventory optimization initiatives.

Must have and Good to have skills: Data Analytics, Supply Chain, SQL, Data Visualization

Number of years experiences needed: At least 2 years
