We have an exciting opportunity for an RPA Developer to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you'll play a key part in improving efficiency within Security Operations by identifying automation opportunities and building smart, scalable solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Develop automation scripts and applications using Python and RPA tools
- Analyze workflows and operational processes to identify automation opportunities
- Build proof of concepts (POCs) to validate ideas and solutions
- Track and present metrics that demonstrate efficiency gains and automation impact
- Monitor deployed applications and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders working on phishing detection, brand abuse, and cyber threat operations
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2–3 years of software development experience
- 2–3 years of Python scripting experience
- 1–2 years of SQL/data analysis experience
- 1–2 years of experience in the Cybersecurity industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
