Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support account-level operations by tracking purchase orders, sales orders, raw materials, and cross-functional project timelines. This role works closely with Purchasing, Compliance, Design, and Business Management teams to ensure orders, materials, samples, and product requirements stay on schedule, meet compliance standards, and align with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review purchase order status for orders placed by the Purchasing Team related to your accounts. Ensure orders are on schedule and report delays or changes to the Business Manager.
- Understand and track the bill of material set up for items related to your accounts. Track in-bound raw materials to ensure on time and report delays or changes to the Business Manager
- Track sales orders that are processed related to your accounts. Determine how raw material and stock are affected and report to the Business Manager any issues or needs.
- Track progress with the Compliance Department for on-going projects. Ensure labels, diagrams and specs are meeting the timeline for approval.
- Track progress with the Design team to ensure product artwork is on schedule and meeting customer needs.
- Order necessary concepts or production samples for end customer needs based on sample reports and needs. Track status and report to the Business Manager.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain coordination, production coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of purchase orders, sales orders, Bills of Materials, and inventory flow.
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams such as purchasing, design, compliance, or production.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence reporting issues and updates.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and order management or ERP systems (experience with manufacturing or product-based businesses is a plus).
- Experience supporting customer accounts or client-facing operations is preferred.
