What we're looking for:
Detail-oriented and dependable Supply Chain Supervisor with strong expertise in importation processes, local procurement, and end-to-end inventory management. Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of stock movement from sourcing and purchasing to customs clearance and warehouse monitoring. Skilled in liaising with the Bureau of Customs (BOC), overseeing monthly stock reconciliations, and serving as a key contact for customs brokers and suppliers. Experienced in handling the renewal of BOC permits, ensuring full regulatory compliance and smooth import operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full supply chain operations including importation, local procurement, and inventory control.
Conduct monthly stock reconciliations to maintain accuracy and minimize variances.
Manage BOC permit renewals and ensure up-to-date compliance with customs regulations.
Act as primary liaison with the Bureau of Customs, customs brokers, and third-party suppliers.
Track and monitor stock movement to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstock.
Negotiate pricing and terms with local suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve delivery efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation for import and procurement
Skills and Competences:
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, KPIs, and optimization
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Quick books, SOS Inventory system)
Inventory planning and control
Vendor and supplier management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership ability and team supervision
Good communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of import/export regulations (if inter national)
Display a high level of integrity, initiative and accountability
Required skills and qualifications
Min Higher Diploma / Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of supply chain management and relevant experience
