Key Responsibilities:
Replenishment/ Supply Planning
- Updates the Inventory & PO Plan templates using latest forecast, saleable inventory on hand, and planned orders/incoming shipments.
- Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods for handled products.
- Periodically reviews and updates the classification and inventory planning tool; prepares and communicates approved POs
- Coordinates with distributor and Sales on product supply related to servicing of customer sales orders
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Coordinates with suppliers as soon as stocks are ready for shipment, for correctness and completeness of documents vs Purchase Order
- Coordinates with Finance and 3PL should there be deviations noted in the external packaging upon receipt at destination warehouse
- Prepares necessary documents and ensures completeness and timeliness of delivery of delivery of internal purchases
Internal Control & Reporting
- Provides necessary support in ensuring improvement and updating of policies and procedures of the department to ensure continuous productivity improvement and in compliance with ISO standards
- Provides support in ensuring compliance to company policy, adherence to processes and established management systems and standards
- Reconciles inventory reports and identifies inventory variances needed for discussions and review with Finance
- Reviews and endorses (for payment processing) all related supplier invoices/ billings.
Others
- Assists in administrative requirements of the department including reports required by Finance

Qualifications
- College graduate preferably BS Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Accountancy
- 1-3 years progressive work experience in Supply Chain roles
- Knowledge in ERP/MRP systems an advantage
- Skilled in computer applications – MS office/Windows, particularly MS Excel
- Organized and highly analytical
