The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Senior Demand & Customer Care Manager, AMENA, the core focus of the role is to provide analytical and operational support across all supply chain planning activities. This role serves as a pivotal link between indirect markets, the Philippines Supply Chain team, and the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform. The analyst will ensure supply chain visibility, drive process optimization, and deliver actionable insights through robust data analysis and reporting.

Key Accountabilities And Performance Indicators Include

  • Participate in AMENA S&OP calls and colead the Philippines S&OP process to support strategic supply chain decisions.
  • Manage monthly Primary Sales forecasts for indirect markets, ensuring timely IBP system updates and acting as the main contact for PO requirements.
  • Maintain and update statistical forecast models for 1,500+ SKUs and represent AMENA in IBP Wave 2 transformation, including UAT and system monitoring.
  • Prepare S&OP reports (IMS, Primary Sales, Inventory, SLOBs, KPIs) and analyze opportunities to improve MOQ and shelflife efficiency.

About You


To be successful in this role, you will possess the following

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, planning, or operations (regional or local).
  • Proficient in SAP, IBP systems, statistical forecasting tools, and advanced Excel, with experience in data visualization/reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes and indirect market dynamics, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problemsolving, and maintaining high data accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
  • Effective collaborator with strong organizational and communication skills, able to work across crossfunctional and crossregional teams.
