Role Description

The Supply Chain Analyst at HONOR Philippines is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This role is responsible for managing demand planning activities, including forecasting and analyzing sales trends to support accurate replenishment and production decisions. The Supply Chain Analyst monitors inventory levels, evaluates stock movements, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing regular reports on supply and demand, identifying risks such as potential shortages or excess inventory, recommending optimization strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for continuous process improvements. The role also supports system data accuracy, assists in implementing supply chain best practices, and contributes to meeting service level and cost efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data.
• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, and experience preparing quantitative reports.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and inventory management, including replenishment, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems and strong attention to detail in data management.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasig, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
