We are seeking a skilled
Supplier Relationship Manager to join us here in Denova as part of our exclusive talent pool!
This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end Supplier Relationship Management strategy across the supplier lifecycle: onboarding, segmentation, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Lead supplier qualification, due diligence, and compliance governance to mitigate risk across all supplier stages.
- Segment suppliers using strategic frameworks (e.g., Kraljic Matrix) and define engagement models based on risk and business impact.
- Establish and manage supplier KPIs and scorecards focused on performance growth, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.
- Conduct structured business reviews and implement corrective and development plans for underperforming suppliers.
- Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships and lead governance and escalation processes.
- Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks to ensure supply chain continuity and protect company reputation.
- Collaborate with procurement and category teams to align contracts and commercial strategies with long-term supplier value objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and capability development initiatives with key suppliers.
- Provide executive-level reporting on supplier performance, risk exposure, and overall portfolio health.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field mandatory
- 4+ years of experience in procurement with a focus on supplier relationship - mandatory
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers
- Solid understanding of supplier due diligence and compliance guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and provide detailed reports
- Proficiency in Procurement tools such as SAP Ariba / Coupa or similar
