Purpose of The Role: The Warehouse Supervisor - Invenrtory Management Group (IMG) is responsible for the overall supervision of the monitoring and inventory management activities of the warehouse by planning, leading, organizing, and controlling of the section's activities as well as recommends to management process improvements in accordance with the standards, guidelines, procedures, and statutory requirements to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction and service objectives of the company. In addition, this position handles the overall coordination of system-related maintenance and system testing activities in the branch.
What You'll Do
- Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures on matters involving proper storage, warehousing, prompt delivery of goods, inventory control and management and sufficient security measures to safeguard company assets of warehouse.
- Monitoring of documents related to inventory and warehouse management.
- Reviews and suggest changes/enhancements in policies, procedures and guidelines affecting the operations of warehouse.
- Coordinate with other department, warehouse and clients and ensure all communications are accurately and promptly disseminated and acted, if required.
- Ensures that all day shift activities are complete and/or properly turned over to the next shift group.
- Monitor the physical inventory of the products in the warehouse.
- Ensure reconciliation of variances.
- Analyzes the result of physical inventory count and do the necessary corrective actions to prevent recurrence on the causes of inventory variences.
- Ensure monitoring of expiring, expired and damagesd products and billing to vendors on time.
- Accommodate system enhacement and maintenance.
Must-Have: College graduate, Knowledgeable in Inventory Control and Management, SAP Knowledge, Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management System and QMS, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Advantage to Have: Inventory Management Skills, Leadeship and people management, preferrably from same industry with atleast 2-year supervisory experience in warehouse operations/logistics.
