We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead our audit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and will be responsible for overseeing the execution of financial and operational audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise audit teams in conducting financial and operational audits.
- Develop and implement audit plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Review and analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies during audits.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior auditors and staff members.
- Assist in the development of audit methodologies and tools to improve audit processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in auditing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of audit standards and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in using audit software and tools for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present findings and interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously.
