What You Will Do
- Lead and oversee the full OrdertoInvoice process with a strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Drive proactive communication and support business commitments through firstclass operations
- Deploy best practices across markets and introduce operational improvements
- Implement O2C strategic direction, defining metrics that ensure highquality delivery
- Maintain an agile team environmentbalancing workloads during seasonal peaks, managing escalations, and supporting business growth
- Build a culture of trust, accountability, and open communication
- Partner with affiliates on operational KPIs and service discussions
- Lead talent development through coaching, training, recruitment, and empowerment
- Provide daytoday leadership to a hybrid, global supervisory team
- Ensure leadership practices align with PMI's standards and policies
Who You Are
- University degree, ideally in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in Order to Cash plus team leadership role
- Understanding of operational supply chain processes and basic accounting
- Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure
- Confident selfstarter with strong prioritization and multitasking capability
- Experience with process migrations is a plus
