Your Role
As a
Supervisor – Client Lifecycle Management – Fiduciary, you will:
- Manage the allocation and quality control of contract reviews and deliverables across multiple jurisdictions and workstreams (Revenue Opportunities, Delaware/Global Entity Services, and DocuSign filing).
- Supervise and mentor 1-4 junior staff members, overseeing their daily workflow, performance planning, and professional development.
- Liaise with global stakeholders to manage changes, set expectations, and streamline business processes within the Manila Center of Excellence.
- Analyze workstream data to identify, generate, and publish monthly KPIs for management and risk reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management requirements while facilitating the migration of new processes.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Finance, Business, Data/Computer Science, or Administration.
- 4–6 years of related professional experience in fiduciary services, client lifecycle, or entity management.
- 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role managing direct reports.
- Willingness to work during public holidays as required by the business.
- Proven ability to handle quality control and process documentation.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Strong understanding of Revenue Opportunities and service cap identification in legal contracts.
- Expertise in global entity services or Delaware entity filings.
- Proficiency in DocuSign administration and document filing workflows.
- Experience in migrating new business processes and change management.
- Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations across different time zones.
