I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Check the Responsible Gaming signage and stands and ensure that the signage and stands are properly placed as required by the Responsible Gaming Code of Practice on a quarterly basis. Report to the Surveillance for any missing stand.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of submissions submitted by International Marketing, Casino Marketing, Electronic Gaming and Table Games divisions, before endorsing to Casino Operations Compliance Specialist/ Manager.
- Prepare due diligence report for junket operators and junket runners.
- Update all necessary files related to table games and electronic gaming projects, as well as junket runners listing.
- Monitor all submissions closely, to ensure they are approved/ acknowledged by PAGCOR prior to implementation.
- Assist business units with casino compliance-related issues/ queries.
- Provide compliance advice to the divisions/ departments.
- Assist in admin matters of the divisions and PAGCOR Monitoring Team.
- Perform other duties as required by Senior Manager - Casino Regulatory Compliance / Director - AML & Casino Regulatory Compliance
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any Finance-related degree
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
Experience Requirement:
- At least two (2) years experience in accounting, audit and/or regulatory compliance
- At least one (1) year experience in gaming related industry
Skills and Attributes
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills
Other Qualifications:
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Filipino
- Proactive in sharing professional inputs
