Role Description

This part-time hybrid role as a Sun Life Insurance Advisor is based in Bulacan, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves assisting clients in choosing suitable insurance and financial products, providing expert consulting services, building long-term relationships, and supporting customers in achieving their financial goals. Tasks include delivering excellent customer service, assessing client needs, and ensuring a seamless client experience through effective communication and personalized guidance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Insurance and Finance to guide clients in selecting appropriate financial solutions
• Experience in Consulting and Customer Service to deliver personalized and exceptional client support
• Strong Communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build lasting client relationships
• Proactive approach to identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions
• High level of organization and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in the financial or insurance industry is beneficial
• Completion of relevant certifications or licenses is an advantage
