YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
- Can work with New Production Introduction team under Design, Process Development, and Project Management
- Willing to work on site
- Computer Literate
- Can communicate and adapt fast paced environment
Your Skills & Experiences
- About to graduate from an Engineering degree (EE, ME, ECE, Comp Eng, IE) or BS Industrial Technology.
- Endorsed by school coordinator
- With available schedule from Monday to Friday
- Willing to learn semiconductor product and its practices
