Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across all hiring needs, including corporate, operations, management, and leadership roles.
  • Partner closely with Business Leaders, HRBP, and Hiring Managers to translate workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Ensure timely hiring delivery, strong candidate quality, and positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Drive data-driven recruitment decisions, tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and assessment approaches to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external vendors (headhunter, agencies, talent partners) when required.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent availability, market insights, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Hand-on involvement in critical and senior-level hiring when needed.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team with a strong focus ondelivery, accountability, and quality.
  • Set clear performance expectations and monitor recruiter productivity and outcomes.
  • Build a high-ownership, hands-on recruitment culture

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a people management role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in high-volume and fast-growing environments (logistics, mobility, tech, startup, or large-scale operations preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving recruitment results, not just designing frameworks.
  • Exposure to multi-market or international hiring is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Execution-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality.
  • Data-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment metrics.
