Job Description
We are looking for a Success Engineer (Salesforce) who will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. The role focuses on supporting customer success through strong technical documentation, system understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and analyze business use cases and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support system implementation and optimization
- Support environments related to integrated risk management, safety, or healthcare
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and customer needs
- Contribute to delivering a positive and seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of technical experience involving business use case documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field
- Experience in integrated risk management, safety, or healthcare environments
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong customer-centric mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
