A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
You'll own the end-to-end implementation experience for clients — from initial discovery through configuration, documentation, and training. Your work directly shapes how clients adopt and optimize the Riskonnect platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Discovery & Requirements
- Lead discovery sessions to understand existing and desired business processes
- Translate business requirements into detailed written technical specifications
- Prioritize deliverables in alignment with customer stakeholders and internal Riskonnect resources
Platform Configuration & Delivery
- Produce deliverables on client's primary platforms including configuration, workflows, and unit test plans
- Develop deliverables and specifications on secondary platforms including Adobe, Conga, Insights, IBM Cognos, PowerBI, SAP, Web Intelligence, InRule, and Crystal Reports
- Promote consistent design standards and best practice methodologies across client engagements
Client Enablement & Training
- Deliver training tailored to each client's configuration and business requirements — both telephonically and in-person
- Assist clients in optimizing platform use by identifying automation, proactive monitoring, and integration opportunities
- Deliver high-quality documentation of client requirements and design specifications
Stakeholder & Account Management
- Participate in customer status calls and manage escalations for both clients and internal personnel
- Work closely with Product Development, Data Services, and Analytics teams
- Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and vendors with strong active listening and follow-up
A BIT ABOUT YOU
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of technical work experience creating and documenting business use cases, specifications, and technical documentation
- Background in integrated risk management, safety, or healthcare with knowledge of database design and platform configuration
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear written technical specifications
- Proven time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver accurate, timely work
Good-to-Haves
- 2+ years of Oracle SQL experience
- Experience using reporting tools such as IBM Cognos, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, or Web Intelligence
- Prior exposure to GRC platforms or enterprise software implementation environments
