- Experience in integrated risk management, safety, or healthcare environments
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences
Preferred
- 2+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Salesforce Admin Certification
