The Planning team provides value add by
KPI implementation, attainment and monitoring. Key metrics are CVP/CLIP, 95th cycle time, OTD, PMP. Demand Planning and capacity negotiations. Works with factory IE and OSATs to resolve capacity limitations and shortages. Manage the assembly and test external manufacturing sites located in US and Asia. Works with different Business Units, Wafer and Die Sort Planners, Assembly, Test and Product Engineers and other support groups on daily operations issues affecting external production loading. Materials and inventory management. Resource Planning for consigned raw materials for subcon. Manages factory logistics and FG shipments to 3PL warehouse. Continuous Improvement Projects .
