Fortem is looking for driven and analytical students who want real exposure to process improvement and operational systems. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in understanding how structured workflows, documentation, and performance tracking support a growing organization.

Role Overview

As a Business Process Intern, you will assist in reviewing, documenting, and improving internal workflows across departments. You will gain hands-on experience in process mapping, policy documentation, and operational analysis within a multi-business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support process mapping and workflow analysis initiatives
• Help review forms, approval flows, and system-based processes
• Assist in identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Support dashboard preparation and basic data analysis
• Coordinate with different departments to gather process information
• Help monitor compliance with internal process standards

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related course
• Graduating students are preferred, but all year levels are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on most days
• Must be able to render required internship hours (school endorsement required if applicable)
