Student Intern

Willing to be assigned to either of the following Departments:

I. Human Resources Department Interns

• Currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism

II. Safety Department Interns

• Currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• Supporting safety programs and activities such as the HSO Convention, Safety Campaigns, FOD Walks, Safety Driving Sprint, and other activities.
• Helping gather and organize safety data and information
• Organizing and updating our safety documents and files.

III. Information Technology Department Interns

• Currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and IT systems.
• Support the IT team in data management, system documentation, and technical administrative tasks.
• Assist in monitoring network operations, resolving user concerns, and ensuring proper IT equipment and asset management.

Qualifications:

• Must be a third or fourth-year college student currently enrolled in a university with a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Amenable to working onsite in Pasay City (Domestic Road) for the entire duration of the internship
• Minimum of 300 Hours required
• Passionate about the aviation/ground handling industry
