The Structural Engineer is responsible for site investigation, structural design, structural consultant management, review structural design/works, coordinate with the design team, ensure compliance of all building codes and standards.
Structural Design
- Major structural design of New Store.
- Minor structural design of Renovation Store.
- Work under direction of Site Investigation Head
Structural Design Review and Coordination
- Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines.
- Do a peer review of structural design.
- Check and review quality of Construction Drawings, Columnation Plan, Detail drawings, reports from consultants.
Structural Consultant Management
- Manage consultants loading.
- Monitor consultants performance.
- Balance consultants capability.
Site Visit and Site Investigation
- Visit site for investigation and analysis.
- Perform site validation of structural members.
- Gather information on site for analysis reference and assist construction if needed Etc.
Standards and Procedures
- Ensure compliance all Codes and Standards.
- Creation of design manuals and Standards.
- Data tabulation for future references.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Civil Engineer (Structural Engineer/Designer)
- At least 3-5 years in Structural Design
- ASEP member, PICE member, Structural Design Training certificates
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
