Structural Engineer

We are looking for a licensed Structural Engineer to support our project pipeline on a contract or consulting basis. This is a hybrid role based in Silang, Cavite, with remote flexibility and occasional on-site visits. The engineer will work closely with our design and production teams to review and stamp structural drawings, develop calculations and specifications for steel-frame modular units, support permitting submissions, and advise on multi-unit configurations and stacking. Project scope spans residential and hospitality construction.

• PRC-licensed Civil or Structural Engineer in the Philippines (required)
• Strong proficiency in steel design, including structural and light-gauge steel framing (required)
• Experience in residential and/or hospitality construction projects
• Working knowledge of the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP)
• Proficiency in structural analysis and engineering calculations
• Experience with CAD software for structural drafting and modeling (BIM familiarty a significant advantage)
• Familiarity with modular or prefabricated building systems is an advantage
• US PE license or Australian NER/CPEng registration is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or related Engineering field
