Supervision of on-going high construction of high- rise building
Preparation of daily construction progress reports to be submitted to the Project Manager.
Reports directly to the Project Manager for possible construction issues and presents probable solutions for discussion
Ensures that all construction works are compliant with the NBC, Consultants FCD and LGU guidelines for construction
Coordinates with the Site Engineers, Contractors and Sub Contractors on work procedures.
Coordinates with CAD Department on all drawing needs to be used on site.
Prepares and evaluates Contractors and Sub-Contractor's progress reports and billings to be submitted to QS
Checks on the construction works progress schedule.
Attend meetings with Consultants, Contractors and Sub-Contractors
Ensures that all site decisions, works and drawings are well coordinated with the assigned Engineers, submitted to the Project Manager prior to implementation
Site Supervision as may be deemed necessary on other projects of the company
Make structural calculations when required and deemed necessary
Check the strength of construction material and conduct materials testing.
Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
Familiarize with the structural design of the building based on FCD
Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
Provide safe suggestions to structural design that can minimize the cost of implementation.
Provide structural design analysis to actual site conditions.
Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.
Qualifications
Licensed Structural Engineer
Minimum 7 years of experience in High Rise Construction
Knowledgeable in Rebar Cutting List
Knowledgeable in Construction Estimate
Knowledgeable in Computer Programs Software like MS projects and autocad
Must be able to supervise construction activities
Must be able to generate construction reports and schedule
