Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines - Ortigas
Schedule: Morning shift
Job Description:
Assistance in the preparation of detailed drawings from sketches and designs, for Structural engineering projects in accordance with company Structural drafting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focus – Effective internal colleague relationships established and maintained with a high level of communication and understanding
- Operations – High quality drawings for allocated Structural Engineering projects
- Finance – Managing the costs of drawing production
- Personal Development – Continual Professional Development
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
The applicant must have:
- 5-7 years (Australian) experience in structural drafting using Revit on residential, commercial and / or data centres.
- 5-7 years Revit experience using BIM 360, RTV, Aconex etc.
- Strong English communication
- Office-based role
Previous experience in:
- Concrete framed buildings, wall elevations, concrete details
- Reinforcing plans and details
- Precast elevations and details
- Steel framing and detailing
- Retention plans, elevations and details
