Job Description:

  • Lead strategic projects from problem definition, impact evaluation to implementation
  • Develop and detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate business performance
  • Benchmark competitors and industry practices to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for senior management

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree is a huge plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Python, or other data tools is highly preferred
  • 6-8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or business analysis
  • Prior experience in management consulting or strategy teams is preferred
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes
  • Proven leadership experience and quality
  • Experience in logistics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
