Ops Clock & Leadtime: Implement initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time
Truck Supply Fulfillment & Productivity: Monitor truck supply/demand trends, Support Agency Management to ensure supply commitment from agencies. Perform analysis on arrival curve and outbound throughput to suggest appropriate shift timing and manpower plan.
Truck Productivity: Monitor linehaul truck productivity, perform forecasting on parcel profile to provide realistic truck productivity KPI, implement initiatives to improve truck productivity.
New SOC Ramp-up and Volume Planning: Plan and execute volume ramp-up plan and network changes for sorting centers by alignment with other teams
Other Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent
At Least 3 -5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in the E-commerce or logistics industry
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects
Must have Project management experience
Data analytical skills (Excel) is a plus
Understanding of the ecommerce industry in PH
Must be willing to station in Podium, Mandaluyong
Open for Fresh Graduates
