Job Description:

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic initiatives to enhance performance
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on strategy initiatives to understand feasibilities and effectiveness of the solutions
Act as project manager to oversee the implementation, from proof of concept to scaling up
Prepare material and presentation for management meetings

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting or project management
Experience translating data insights into actionable business recommendations
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management or financial planning & analysis experience is a plus.
Amenable to be assigned at Podium, Mandaluyong
