Position: Strategic Talent Sourcing and Partnerships Head

Job Summary: The Head of Strategic Talent Sourcing & Partnerships is responsible for building long-term, executive-level talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and external partnerships. This role focuses on anticipating future critical talent needs, cultivating high-value talent communities, and forming strategic alliances with external institutions, industry networks, and niche talent ecosystems. This position is deliberately distinct from operational recruitment and employer branding execution. While it partners closely with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams, its mandate is to create sustainable access to scarce and senior talent, reduce dependency on reactive hiring, and strengthen the Bank's long-term talent advantage.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Define and execute an enterprise-wide strategic sourcing agenda, with strong emphasis on executive, critical, and niche roles.
- Lead talent market mapping, competitor intelligence, and external benchmarking to anticipate future capability gaps.
- Build and steward long-range talent pipelines for leadership, specialist, and mission-critical roles ahead of demand.
- Executive & Niche Talent Pipelines
- Personally engage and cultivate relationships with senior leaders, hard-to-find experts, and high-impact talent segments.
- Establish curated talent communities for priority roles, ensuring continuous engagement even outside active hiring cycles.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and senior leaders on external talent availability and sourcing risks.
- Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Create and manage strategic sourcing partnerships with professional bodies, industry groups, executive networks, and niche talent platforms.
- Design partnership models that enable early access to emerging, executive, and specialized talent pools.
- Represent the Bank in high-level talent forums, industry events, and strategic talent alliances.
- Data, Insights & Effectiveness
- Define strategic sourcing metrics focused on pipeline depth, readiness, quality, and risk mitigation—beyond transactional hiring KPIs.
- Use insights and analytics to continuously refine sourcing strategies and investment decisions.
- Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Capability & Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-caliber strategic sourcing team with strong expertise in executive search, market mapping, and relationship-based sourcing.
- Build sourcing capability that complements recruitment operations.
Qualifications: 5 years of experience in human resources, particularly talent management, talent acquisition and strategic sourcing.
