With over 80 years of experience, they design and manufacture a vast range of products, including connectors, terminals, sensors, relays, and cables. Their solutions are critical for enabling the flow of power, signal, and data in diverse industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical technology, digital factories, and communications infrastructure.

About the role

Drives cost savings in indirect procurement through competitive bidding, strategic negotiations, and supplier relationship management. Develops and executes category strategies aligned with plant and business unit goals, while leading sourcing activities and resolving procurement issues. Ensures compliance with global policies and best practices across its supply base. Manages contracts, purchase orders, GR/IR variances, and stakeholder concerns, with strong proficiency in SAP procurement processes.

As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst II, you will be responsible for...

• Driving cost savings on indirect purchase commodities.
• Conducting Competitive Bids (RFQ packages execution, Negotiation)
• Building strong relationships with strategic suppliers to optimize performance.
• Developing, executing category strategies, ensuring alignment with plant and BU objectives
• Leading and executing the Sourcing Steps
• Clearing the path to issues related to procurement activities
• Ensuring and promoting adherence to global processes, policies, procedures, and best practices within our client and extends to the supply base
• Managing open P.O. review, GR/IR variances, and stakeholders concerns.
• Managing new and existing contracts and ensure proper approval

What you already have...

• Education - Business/Engineering Courses
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience in working with SAP systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with global sourcing and supplier development
• Knowledgeable on SAP procurement-related transactions
• Years of experience: - 5+ years

Other Details

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Required to report to the office every day (Monday to Friday & Shift time 8:30am to 5:30pm)
