Collaborate with Fashion category managers to propose, develop and execute cluster level projects that will drive the whole Fashion category for growth, specifically in the areas of Fashion influencer programs
Be responsible for the end-to-end project execution process including planning, communications, reviews and post-mortem analysis
Partner with relevant stakeholders to implement the projects which might include teams within and outside of the Fashion team
Conduct research and analysis of Fashion industry trends in the Philippines and overseas markets that are referenceable to Philippines market as instructed by the category managers
Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed by the category managers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in universities in the Philippines or abroad
Fresh graduate with internship background in e-commerce / data-analytics or insights
A self-driver that also strives for excellence and impact
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence important stakeholders
Excellence in numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in English and basic work related softwares
