Strategic Project Lead, Singapore Business Development

- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across Shopee Singapore's business, aligned with key business priorities
- Structure and solve ambiguous business problems through opportunity sizing, benchmarking, data analysis, and scalable strategy development
- Drive end-to-end strategic projects, from strategy development and implementation to business case realisation
- Develop clear and compelling materials for senior stakeholders to facilitate timely and effective decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field a Master's degree would be advantageous but is not required
- Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy consulting experience
- Experienced in leading workstreams or projects
- Exposure to consumer, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand buyer behaviour
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, or suppliers in a dynamic and collaborative environment
