What You'll Do
- Manage sourcing and category activities across US direct and indirect spending.
- Support commercial analysis and execution of procurement initiatives.
- Maintain category taxonomy and assist with spend reporting.
- Support e-procurement tools, templates, and control frameworks.
- Assist with procurement transformation across US business units.
- Coordinate with global sourcing frameworks and S2P technology processes.
Key Criteria
- 2-5 years experience in strategic sourcing and procurement lifecycle management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
- Experience in supporting procurement Process, People, & Technology transformation.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with a data-informed approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a decentralized model with a collaborative and influencing mindset.
- Passion for purpose-driven work and continuous improvement with an ability to support change across a diverse stakeholder group.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and deliver value-add savings beyond price reductions, including process efficiencies, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership improvements.
