Job Summary
Responsible for building the marketing capabilities of the RRHI Group and managing strategic external partnerships. This includes developing marketing tools, frameworks, and training programs for business units, as well as sourcing, managing, and maximizing supplier and third-party marketing partnerships that generate value for the Group.
Job Key Responsibilities
- Develop and roll out marketing capability-building programs for Business Unit marketing teams across RRHI.
- Create marketing toolkits, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for consistent campaign execution.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic marketing partnerships including supplier co-marketing programs, affiliate and coalition loyalty partners, media partners, and sponsorships.
- Manage key account relationships with media, digital, and brand partners.
- Track and report on partnership ROI and marketing investment value from vendor contributions.
- Lead the Group's vendor marketing fund (VMF) or co-op advertising programs.
- Represent RRHI marketing in industry associations, retail forums, and external events.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, commercial partnerships, or business development; minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing ecosystems, supplier marketing, and co-op programs.
- Experience with marketing analytics, data management, and marketing technology platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead capability-building workshops and training sessions.
