Strategic Partnerships Development Manager

About the Role:

The Global Strategic Manager (Collaborations Officer) will be responsible for the timely preparation and submission of Management Profitability Reports (MPR), as well as analyzing actual performance against budget. The role will also serve as the Project Management Office (PMO) for collaboration initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, tracking, and execution.

How you'll contribute:

• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with MUFG, other Partner Banks (Krungsri in Thailand, Bank Danamon in Indonesia and Vietin Bank in Vietnam; MUFG group companies), and other MUFG investees such as Home Credit and GCash. For example, developing the initiatives to encourage inbound/outbound collaboration with MUFG group companies such as setting up business matching between SBC and Krungsri Thai clients, and offer globally value-added services to SBC clients.
• Internal Planning: Budgeting, monitoring and reporting budget utilisation. Driver management management of expats drivers.
• Event Coordination and Follow-up: Managing MUFG-related events such as PAM, MGPC, MUFG Now, as well as other corporate events including WBS/MUFG Awards, Economic Forum, ASV Cup, and press interviews.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Finance / Accountancy / Banking
• Background in the financial industry (corporate, retail, TB, and/or IB).
• Proven ability to independently develop plans, execute, monitor, and report.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good Analytical and organizational skill
• intermediate level of MS office skills especially with Excel and Power point
• Japanese language skills preferred but not mandatory.
