Position Accountability Statement
The primary duties of this role is to oversee the development and delivery of actionable insights and analytics including market research to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Specific Areas Of Accountability
- BI Strategy Development: Develops and implements business intelligence strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leads the deep dive and drill down analysis to generate insights in identifying potential business opportunities, forecasts growths and declines, and prevents risks on physician/ provider/ customer fall outs.
- Advanced Analytics: Drives the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Market and Customer Segmentation: Improve current segmentations and develop innovative solutions to target key groups depending on strategic intent.
- Market Insighting: Scans and utilizes external market research data in the health industry that will supplement internal data trends, insights, and drive business decisions.
- BI Tool Selection and Implementation: Evaluates and selects appropriate BI tools and technologies and oversees their implementation and integration with existing systems.
- Data Visualization: Designs and develops intuitive data visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Business Partner Engagement: Collaborates with business units and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver solutions that drive business value.
- Performance Monitoring: Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of BI solutions and initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement in BI operations.
- Team Leadership: Provides leadership and direction to the Business Intelligence team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Professional Qualification

- Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Agile Development methodologies is a plus.
