The Impact You Will Make
As our HR Manager, you will be the core strategist overseeing all people-related functions, transforming the employee experience from initial contact to professional development.
Talent Acquisition & Integration: Design and execute cutting-edge strategies for global sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and seamless onboarding to attract and integrate top-tier international talent.
Organizational Strategy: Consult with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and aligning HR initiatives with ambitious business goals.
Compliance & Policy Leadership: Lead the development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies, ensuring strict adherence to Philippine and relevant international labor laws.
Culture & Employee Relations: Act as a trusted liaison, expertly mediating conflicts, managing sensitive disciplinary actions, and cultivating a vibrant, positive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
Development & Performance: Architect and manage comprehensive performance appraisal systems, identify organizational training needs, and champion career development/coaching programs.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee competitive compensation strategies, manage payroll administration, and effectively administer comprehensive benefits (health, retirement, leave, incentives.
