Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Strategic Workforce & Organization Leadership

  • Partner with BU Heads and Executives on organizational strategy and workforce planning
  • Lead enterprise initiatives on organization redesign, capability realignment, and operating effectiveness
  • Guide business leaders in structure, span of control, and workforce composition decisions

2. Senior Stakeholder Management & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people, structure, and leadership issues
  • Facilitate executive-level decision-making using data, insight, and business framing
  • Influence enterprise direction through organizational insights and diagnostics

3. Capability Architecture & Skills Strategy

  • Design long-term skills frameworks aligned to business roadmap
  • Lead workforce future-proofing through capability models and role evolution
  • Oversee talent planning, leadership development, and succession pipelines

4. Data-Driven Decision Enablement

  • Use workforce analytics for strategic insight
  • Translate organizational data into executive intelligence
  • Partner with HR Analytics and Finance to forecast workforce needs

CAPABILITY PROFILE

Required Experience

  • Senior leadership experience in HR, transformation, or business operations
  • Proven track record in organization design and workforce strategy
  • Experience partnering with enterprise leadership teams
  • Experience working within complex, multi-entity organizations
