We are looking for a Strata Admin & Front Desk Support Officer who speaks fluent, clear, and confident English with a bright, bubbly, and friendly personality who could work in a remote front desk setting. This candidate will be responsible for answering calls on 3CX and transferring or escalating as needed. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport easily over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and transferring or escalating as needed
- Perform general administrative duties
- Respond to service requests, maintenance issues, and complaints
- Prepare, send, and track official correspondence
- Contact and arrange services with contractors
- Other duties assigned
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Any bachelor's degree, preferably in Office Administration, Hospitality, or any relevant degree
- 2+ years of administration experience, ideally in a customer-facing or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to strata management, property, or real estate is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Australian clients or familiarity with Australian business culture is ideal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and task management
- Comfortable with standard Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, and internal systems
- Able to follow documented procedures and complete structured tasks without constant supervision

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
