Job Summary: This senior leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (STP) service delivery. You will manage the relationship between the business units, BPO providers, and the shared service center to ensure high-quality procurement and payment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic STP Delivery: Oversee the successful migration of STP activities (AP, T&E, and Credit Cards) to the Manila center.
- BPO Management: Monitor and manage BPO provider output, ensuring KPIs and financial objectives are consistently met.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build constructive relationships with regional stakeholders to ensure smooth process deployment.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and development of a highly skilled STP team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Extensive experience in Finance/Accounting with a strong focus on AU/NZ STP workflows and reporting.
- Technical: Strong background in business process design, automation, and SAP.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
