SM CITY LAOAG LEVI'S BOUTIQUE STORE SUPERVISOR

Reports to:Store Manager

Role Purpose:

Responsible for assisting the Store Manager through effective store administration to achieve a smooth day-to-day operations and efficient customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a reliever in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assists the Store Manager in the following:

-Prepares work schedule of all employees to ensure that all shifts are properly manned at any given time.

- Performance evaluation of the store in terms of sales, profitability and other key performance indicators as tied to business plans.

-monitors merchandise promotions in the store if in adherence to prescribed guidelines.

• For Mall Based, reinforces compliance to Treasury cash handling procedures and inventory systems.
• Supports in advocating and enforcing the brand's customer service, coaches team on how to execute consistently.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With related work experience in sales, inventory and personnel management.
• Dynamic, energetic, can work under pressure and with strong leadership management.
• With strong communication, customer service and analytical skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
