About The Role
As a Store Supervisor at Ace Hardware Phils., Inc., you will play a vital role in driving the success of our retail operations in SM City Consolacion- Department Store. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store associates to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure the store is properly stocked, merchandised, and maintained to create an inviting shopping environment
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, optimise inventory, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to store associates to develop their skills and foster a positive team culture
- Collaborate with the management team to implement company initiatives and promote brand awareness
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in the hardware or home improvement industry
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Proficiency in inventory management and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the store
