Job Description

  • Manage daily operations and staff deployment
  • Handle client inquiries, bookings, and service coordination
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients
  • Maintain good relationships with business and residential clients
  • Help grow B2B partnerships and B2C customer base
  • Ensure operational targets and agreed KPIs are set and achieved by all managers
  • Ensure marketing activities support business acquisition, learner engagement, brand awareness, and public relations
  • Review operating processes and procedures; identify improvements and implement alternatives when needed
  • Keep employees motivated and organize training and development aligned with the company succession plan and training matrix
  • Ensure the business operates within the companys mission and values, driving customer satisfaction and reporting issues to management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation (refer to Company Manual)
  • Work with managers to maximize employee performance and drive profitability
  • Support the development and execution of strategies for profitable growth and operations
  • Develop strategic operating plans aligned with long-term objectives set by the Board
  • Maintain transparent and ongoing communication with the COO regarding daily operations
  • Lead the execution and development of the organizations vision and mission
  • Ensure operational planning and quality assurance systems are in place and followed
  • Ensure proper financial planning and control systems are implemented and complied with
  • Take full accountability to the COO for overall company operations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to sustain growth
  • Oversee development and management of technological infrastructure and information systems
  • Provide strategic advice to the COO and Board on industry developments and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain research and development programs to keep the company competitive and innovative
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and public relations strategies targeting wider audiences
  • Ensure operational objectives and performance standards are clearly understood and owned by all employees
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively
  • Build and maintain a strong and effective management team
  • Monitor operational and financial performance against plans and budgets; take corrective action when necessary
  • Maintain overall operational performance of the company
  • Represent the company to major clients and professional associations
  • Lead the development and definition of company policies
  • Act as a role model and promote continuous improvement through compliance and quality strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations internally and externally
  • Monitor external factors (social, political, economic, technical, legal) and respond strategically
  • Manage the team to meet client and management expectations
  • Lead, manage, and motivate employees to achieve high performance
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and succession planning for the organization
