The Store Managers are responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.

Duties And Responsibilities
- People Management and Training
- Manages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Plans out and manages employees activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.
- Sales and Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure that the Sales Target for the month is reached
- Prepare Sales Presentation for the stores sales
- Inventory Management
- Minimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed
- Verifies accuracy of inventory of stocks
- Store Management and Compliance
- Ensures that all store concerns are raised to respective departments
- Provides suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processes
- Oversees and complies with all government statutory requirements
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business course or equivalent
- With at least 3 years of proven experience in Supervisory or Managerial in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure and carry out sound decisions during critical situations
- Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
