Store Manager

Job Description:

1. Store operation: Complete all operational management tasks of the store, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality. Evaluate the business situation inside the store, identify problems promptly, and propose solutions. Maintain good communication and collaboration with the platform and the headquarters, and cooperate with the implementation of the company's various strategies.

2. Sales management: Develop the sales plan and strategy for the store, and lead the store team to complete the sales task indicators assigned by the company.

3. Goods and display management: Supervise the turnover of goods, replenish and display them in time, and ensure that the product display complies with the company's VM standards.

4. Customer service: Be responsible for supervising and managing the customer service of the store, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that customers receive a satisfactory service experience.

5. Team management: Collaborate to complete the recruitment and training of store staff, ensure sufficient human resources in the store, and guarantee the work enthusiasm and service quality of the staff.

6. Data analysis: Have the ability to collect and analyze relevant information such as store, business district, competitors, and channels, and can effectively report store performance and proactively propose effective improvement strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong willingness for retail business, strong learning ability, good teamwork spirit and sense of ownership

2. Prior experience in retail is preferred. Experience in Xiaomi's new retail model is highly desirable.

3. At least 3 years of experience in the mobile phone industry or the consumer electronics industry would be preferred.
