About The Role
As the Store Manager for Techdynamics OPC at their SM Aura location in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time role that will see you lead a team of sales associates to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive profitability for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of authorized retail stores to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
- Ensure stores adhere to company standards for layout, visual merchandising, and branding.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned stores.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Conduct periodic store visits to monitor staff performance and customer service.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve team performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, including Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the company and store owners or franchisees.
- Ensure stores comply with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of retail management experience, preferably in authorized retail stores or franchise operations.
- Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog) and English
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS or retail management systems.
